Robinhood debuts a sports gambling hub.

Weeks after the SEC dropped its investigation into Robinhood over possible securities violations, the company announced the launch of a “prediction markets hub” in the app. Robinhood writes:

At launch, the hub will allow customers to trade contracts for what the upper bound of the target fed funds rate will be in May, as well as the upcoming men’s and women’s College Basketball Tournaments.

The company has also offered such trading for the Presidential election and the Super Bowl.

Watch NASA’s Starliner astronauts greet the Crew-10 mission that will relieve them.

Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams will soon return to Earth — following an unexpectedly long stay in space due to issues with Boeing’s Starliner craft — after the Crew-10 mission’s SpaceX Dragon capsule docked with the International Space Station early this morning.

Here, in a video shared by NASA, the newcomers are greeted by the ISS crew. NASA said Friday that Wilmore, Williams, and two others “will return to Earth no earlier than Wednesday, March 19.”

Apple is reportedly working on two new external displays.

One, codenamed J427, is the rumored second-generation Studio Display due “either at the end of this year or early next year,” writes Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman in the subscriber version of today’s Power On newsletter. He has written of that one before.

He says another code name, J527, has popped up — Gurman speculates it’s either an alternative to J427 Apple could launch instead, or something with different specs, like a new Pro Display XDR.

Tesla cameras versus the Wile E. Coyote test.

Can you trick a Tesla’s camera-based Autopilot system, which has been linked to hundreds of crashes, using simulated rain, fog? Will it barrel through a wall covered in an image of the road beyond, like Looney Tunes’ Wile E. Coyote slamming into the Road Runner’s fake tunnels?

Yes you can, according to Engineer and YouTuber Mark Rober’s testing. (Bonus: Rober also uses LiDAR to map Disney’s pitch-black Space Mountain coaster. )
