Panasonic’s currently on stage giving its annual CES press conference, and one of the first features it unveiled is called “My Home Screen.” In essence, it’s a personalization tool for your smart TV features, like having your own account on your computer. You can switch accounts manually, and some of Panasonic’s new Viera TVs will include built-in cameras that will use facial recognition to figure out who’s watching. There’s also a new Panasonic remote that includes voice recognition, which you can use to identify yourself to your television. If you’re sharing a TV with someone whose taste in movies and apps couldn’t be further from your own, this could be a godsend feature.
