This robot works similarly to humans’ muscles, except human muscles don't have wheels at the end of them.. Its rotary actuator turns continuously and has pneumatic actuators that inflate / deflate themselves, according to IEEE Spectrum. The researchers behind the bot say its soft wheels allow it to go over rough terrain and move under water. Cute fish tank decor!
