Amazon is launching its Echo speaker and Alexa voice assistant in the UK and Germany today, but the company also unveiled a new edition of the Echo speaker. The white version has the same internals as the existing black Echo unit, and Amazon is bringing the new model to the UK, Germany, and the US this fall.

Amazon is pricing Echo at £149.99 in the UK and 179.99 Euro in Germany, or £50 / 50 Euro less for Prime customers who preorder within the next couple of days.
