If you were planning on buying tickets to the Presidential Inauguration which is happening on January 21st in Washington, D.C., you might be out of luck. The tickets, which were scheduled to go on sale online for $60 each via Ticketmaster today, accidentally went live last night, nearly 12 hours early. The ticketing giant says a “testing error” led to an email with a live link to purchase tickets being sent out to an undisclosed number of people who signed up for notification.

When people attempted to purchase the tickets, an undisclosed number of people successfully did so. A record-breaking 1.8 million people attended President Obama’s inauguration in 2009.
