There are plenty of video synths that conjure pixels or warp video files. Glitch Boy loads playable NES ROMs and breaks them to create reactive art using audio or MIDI. It even has a built-in chiptune synth. Of course, the normal Kickstarter caveats apply.
The company has launched a Kickstarter for a new version of its Supertiny charger that bumps the output from 65W to 100W with a minimal size increase. The new 100W Supertiny GaN Charger weighs 100 grams (20 grams lighter than Anker’s smallest) and is available for preorder for around $53 with shipping expected in July.

YouTube performance artist-turned-metal singer Poppy is narrating the English version of an audio-only adaptation of a short story from horror manga master Junji Ito. First announced at CES 2025 and then launched on Kickstarter last October, Hyper’s HyperSpace TrackPad Pro has been delayed indefinitely. An update on its Kickstarter page blames “overseas supply chain issues” and since a new delivery date isn’t known, the company is offering refunds to backers or credits for its online store plus an extra $50.

The accessory maker launched a new Kickstarter today for Genki Grips: a modular grip system for Nintendo’s latest console. A $99 pledge gets you get a kit with solid and split shells (that lets the Joy-Cons detach) plus multiple sets of grips with various designs you can regularly swap to improve your hold on the handheld based on the game you’re playing.

The aftermarket upgrade uses a combination of suction and magnets to stick a temporary wiper to the rear window of older Ioniq 5 models lacking one. The GeckoWiper is battery-powered and rechargeable, uses standard OEM blades, and is controlled using a small wireless remote.
It’s available for preorder through Kickstarter at a discount for about $435, with delivery estimated in February 2025.
