You won’t have to envy Europe and Japan much longer, if you had your heart set on a pricy 55-inch autostereoscopic 3DTV with nearly four times the resolution of existing sets: Toshiba confirmed to Engadget and CNET that just such a television will hit the United States in the first quarter of next year.
