Can we make this the universal button layout?
Game designer Alex Camilleri shared an image of a controller button layout created by his wife, and it makes a lot more sense than the designs we have now.
Instead of sporting the traditional X, B, A, and Y layout, this controller mockup turns the buttons into a compass rose, naming them N, S, E, and W for each cardinal direction. Why didn’t anyone think of this in the first place?
