Did you see the one about the free Yeti cooler? Or maybe a Le Creuset dutch oven? And then, minutes or hours later, did that email mysteriously disappear?
That’s because Google and co are playing whack-a-mole with increasingly sophisticated scammers this year, reports Recode. They’re tricking the filters into thinking they link to a legit destination, then try to trick you out of money.
