Amazon tells the EU it’s going to make things a little better for third-party sellers.
As part of a settlement with the EU that will end two antitrust investigations, Amazon will give sellers equal access to the “Buy Box,” according to The New York Times. Amazon will also apparently stop using data about those merchants; the company has reportedly used data to develop its own private-label products.
The settlement is set to be officially revealed on December 20th.
