The new Mac Pro might lose user-upgradeable RAM.
In addition to ditching a high-powered M2 “Extreme” chip, Apple tracker Mark Gurman reports that the new Mac Pro might not come with user-upgradeable RAM, either.
Upgradability in any form is always nice to have, so it’s a bummer to see this go — especially on a device that could cost $5,999 and up. Fortunately, Gurman says it should still come with two SSD storage slots, though.
