American Fiction’s new trailer wants to subvert your expectations.
The latest trailer for Orion Pictures and Amazon MGM Studios’ American Fiction definitely gives you a sense of what was on writer / director Cord Jefferson’s mind as he was adapting Percival Everett’s novel Erasure for the screen.
But as simple and straightforward as the new trailer makes American Fiction’s story seem, the dark satire’s bigger ideas are probably going to surprise audiences when it hits theaters on December 15th.
