Now Samsung has another list of outlets among the 2,000 authorized service centers for its slabs and multiple foldables, with the announcement today that this fall, 35 Batteries Plus stores will have the Samsung Authorized Service Center tag, similar to its arrangements with uBreakiFix and Best Buy.
Since 2018, Batteries Plus has been part of Samsung’s Independent Service Provider (ISP) program, primarily handling out-of-warranty repairs. Now, these 35 stores will be able to address in-warranty repairs as well as service more device types, like foldables.
Galaxy owners can schedule repair appointments through either BatteriesPlus.com or the service locator on Samsung.com, and the company says these locations were selected to cover areas where there aren’t already Samsung services centers.
