Nintendo released new guidelines for hosting community tournaments featuring its games.
Among the rules: you can only have as many as 200 competitors for an in-person tournament and prizes can’t exceed $5,000 in value.
Nintendo also updated its content guidelines for creators. As noted by Axios’ Stephen Totilo, there’s a bunch of new detail about what counts as “unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate” Nintendo content.
