Amazon Studios is now Amazon MGM Studios.

Pablo Iacoviello, Prime Video’s director of monetization for local originals, announced the name change during a Spanish-language audiovisual event on Tuesday, Variety reports.

Since completing its purchase of MGM last year, Amazon has also established Amazon MGM Studios Distribution to handle the placement of its content on other streaming services or networks.
