Coyote vs. Acme may see the light of day after all.
After word got out that Warner Bros. Discovery canned the nearly finished live-action / CGI hybrid, Puck reports the studio will allow Coyote vs. Acme’s filmmakers to shop it elsewhere. Warner Bros. execs made the reversal after a “heated back-and-forth between the studio and reps for the director and stars,” according to Puck.
At least audiences may get to watch the film now, which stars John Cena and cost $70 million to make. That luxury was not afforded to Batgirl and Scoob! Holiday Haunt, as Warner Bros. Discovery shelved those for good.
