The Kindle web browser no longer crashes when loading complex pages like Wikipedia.
Amazon Kindles often freeze when you’re trying to load demanding pages like Wikipedia or The Verge. Now, though, a web browser update (version 5.16.4) allows the 10th and 11th-gen e-readers to load complex pages well enough that you can actually see most of the content.
It’s still not perfect, but it does make it easier to use the Kindle Scribe for light research.
