The EU flexes its regulatory muscles. Again.
Today it’s YouTube and TikTok that are getting stern letters from the European Commission asking for info on their compliance with the Digital Services Act. The EU hasn’t listed any specific violations, but says it wants to know more about what the platforms are doing to protect minors.
It’s hard work being a VLOP.
