Scream 7 has now lost its director, too.
The future of Spyglass Media Group’s forthcoming Scream VII already seemed in jeopardy after the studio fired actress Melissa Barrera for speaking out about Israel’s bombardment of Palestine, and actress Jenna Ortega dropped out of the film shortly thereafter. But now that director Christopher Landon has also exited the project, it feels like it might not be long until we’re hearing about the project being put on ice for some time.
