A massive AWS outage is breaking a few things, but we’re still here
AWS US-EAST-1 Region is having some issues, which are preventing The Verge homepage from updating and possibly interrupting many other internet services you’re trying to use. (Shout out to our own Mitchell Clark, who alerted us to this outage while hiking the 2,600-mile Pacific Crest Trail because the Burger King app was failing.)
Of course, we’re still working and publishing and will have more news for you, including the latest updates on the Reddit blackout.
Update: We found a workaround! The Verge homepage continues, even if AWS doesn’t.
