The SmartVision 3 is an Android smartphone designed for blind or visually-impaired people.
While the phone does have a touchscreen, it can be controlled with buttons, which may be a better option for some. There’s also a physical button you can press to use dictation. And while the phone comes pre-installed with some apps, you can also download apps from Google Play.
