Apple retail stores have low or no stock of a bunch of products ahead of tomorrow’s iPhone 15 event event — including the iPhone 13 Mini, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman (via MacRumors). That could mean the 13 Mini is being discontinued on Tuesday, so if you want to get one brand new from Apple, you might want to pick one up as soon as you can.
The writing has been on the wall; we wrote a sendoff to the smaller-sized iPhone line last year when the iPhone 14 phones didn’t have a Mini version. But as a mostly happy iPhone 12 Mini owner (who needs battery life, anyway?), I’m still going to be sad if the Minis are officially discontinued.
