Roblox canceled an awards ceremony after a developer allegedly assaulted Park Police officers near the event.

The developer, who is known in the Roblox community as Simbuilder, was arrested on Saturday. According to a statement given to 404 Media, Simbuilder told US Park Police that he had a firearm in his car.

Roblox canceled the event “due to a potential security concern.”
