Blizzard has a new president.
Following a wave of layoffs and the surprise departure of president Mike Ybarra, Blizzard has appointed Johanna Faries to head up the game developer.
Faries worked for the NFL for over a decade before joining Activision in 2018 as a Call of Duty esports commissioner. She’s currently a Call of Duty general manager and will start her new role on February 5th.
