Apple has resolved an issue preventing users on the iPhone, iPad, and Mac from downloading apps from the App Store.

On Wednesday, reports of App Store issues started to mount on social media after the outage began at around 11AM ET. Several of us here at The Verge, including in the US and Europe, found that we weren’t able to download apps, either.

When users pressed the “Get” button to install an app during the outage, the icon swirled briefly to indicate that it was loading. However, it then would revert to “Get,” leaving users unable to install the app they wanted. The install button seemed to start working normally again at around 12:30PM ET.

Even though there were issues downloading apps, the App Store could still update previously installed apps. The Verge reached out to Apple with a request for more information about the outage but didn’t immediately hear back.

Update, October 16th: Updated to note that the App Store outage is fixed.
