The buyer is listed as Eduardo Cisneros, CEO of Cisneros Corp. and one of the wealthiest families in South America. The stack of documents is signed by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne and includes both the legal papers that established Apple Computer Company as well as Wayne’s April 12th, 1976 Statement of Withdrawal — a move that relinquished his 10 percent stake in the company that would have been valued at about $2.6 billion in 2010 monies.
