We’re assuming the big guy is fairly on top of things, but just in case he’s running behind: it’s also a good idea to charge gadgets and download any relevant software updates before December 25th. Console updates can take hours, and no kid wants to wait for that nonsense on Christmas day.

I, for one, welcome our “let’s just do one of every layout” overlords.
The unimaginatively named “Tesla Wireless Charging Platform” (seen via 9to5Mac) provides 15W of fast charging power for up to three devices simultaneously. Like Apple’s canceled AirPower, it lets you place devices anywhere on its surface without fiddling with alignment.
The Wireless Charging Platform is available for pre-order for $300 and will begin shipping in February 2023.




I’m not a fan of the “kidulting” term NBC uses in this article, but I don’t think those $200 gaming controllers, outlandish Nerf guns, and intricate Lego sets are entirely aimed at people who still get an allowance.
Remember when this man brought Lego’s classic computer bricks to life by putting a working computer and OLED inside? I have bittersweet news. Though I did connect him with someone at Lego, it doesn’t look like that’s moving forward, he’s no plans to produce more than a few, and at this point it sounds like he’s nearing the end of the project.
