A little more about the Nexus Mods news.

As reported by PC Gamer, it turns out that Nexus Mods is now owned by a company called Chosen that, on its website, advertises itself as a better option than venture capital or private equity. In a pinned comment on yesterday’s blog post, it sounds like the new owners generally want to keep the site the same, but they acknowledge that building trust “takes time.”

Counter-Strike’s rarest skin IRL.

If you don’t feel like paying thousands of dollars to get your hands on the coveted AWP | Dragon Lore skin in Counter-Strike 2, now you can have it on your gaming gear for far cheaper. SteelSeries is teaming up with Valve to launch a $150 wireless gaming mouse and a $45 XXL mousepad wrapped in the ultra-rare design, which shows a knotwork dragon shooting flames from its mouth.

The gaming mouse and mousepad launch on July 1st, but are available for preorder today.

Mechanism, the mount-your-handheld-anywhere company, now lets you vote on future products.

Want to tell Siri (no, not that Siri, I mean the goofy guy below) what he should make next? You could already suggest ideas on Discord, but now there’s a Feedbear page to vote up ideas.

My existing fav is the do-it-all Phone Mount that I’ve featured here before, though I’m very tempted by the ball joint adapter and the gaming pillow. I’m also overdue to write about the very good sling bag.

Are people lined up for the Switch 2 near you?

They are at my local Best Buy, which has a whole wall full of the console behind the Order Pickup desk. (Check out my photos below.) But there’s no line at my local Walmart or Target, and I was surprised to find my local GameStop is gone entirely. Guess that store location closed for good when I wasn’t looking.
