Trump extends the TikTok ban enforcement deadline again.

As he has ever since taking office, Donald Trump again ordered the DOJ to ignore enforcing the TikTok ban law, this time until December 16th.

The president claims a deal is close, which the WSJ reports will hand control to a US consortium of investors including Oracle, Silver Lake, and Andreesen Horowitz.

Judge dismisses terrorism charges in Luigi Mangione case.

Mangione was facing with two terrorism-related charges in the New York State case. It will likely be seen as a big win for Mangione. In his ruling Judge Carro wrote:

While the defendant was clearly expressing an animus toward UHC, and the health care industry generally, it does not follow that his goal was to “intimidate and coerce a civilian population,” and indeed, there was no evidence presented of such a goal.

Roblox says it will remove posts re-enacting Charlie Kirk’s killing.

After Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) called out Roblox for allegedly hosting a game referencing Kirk’s slaying, CEO David Baszucki said its policies “prohibit content and behavior that re-enacts specific real world violent or sensitive events.” Several lawmakers have pressured platforms to remove posts making light of Kirk’s death.
