Senua’s Saga, now enhanced.

The developers at Ninja Theory have been hard at work adding new features to Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II and now they’re ready to show it to even more players than before. Seanua’s Saga: Hellblade II Enhanced launches on Xbox, and, as a part of Xbox’s new multiplatform strategy, it’s coming to PS5 too on August 12th.

The enhanced edition will include a performance mode with 60 FPS (not available on the Series S unfortunately.) A new gameplay mode called Dark Rot, an improved photo mode, and developer commentary.

DualSense controllers are getting improved pairing.

Apple, at WWDC: “This year, the frameworks that power input across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Vision Pro are getting major upgrades, with easier pairing for PlayStation DualSense controllers across all of your devices.”

PlayStation, on X: “Want to pair your DualSense controller to multiple devices at once?
An update planned for later this year enhances pairing functionality.”

Seems useful, whenever this rolls out.

The Bot is back.

I can’t get enough Astro Bot which is a very good thing because PlayStation keeps giving him to us. During today’s summer State of Play, the good folks at Team Asobi announced they are releasing a new slate of Astro Bot levels.

There will be five new levels to challenge and a host of new bots to find including Atsu from Ghosts of Yotei. The developers say there will be even more bots to find but they’re being kept secret for now. The new levels launch July 10th.
