An unreleased Atari Lynx fighting game is finally being finished over 25 years later.

Beyond Games started development on Ultravore in the early ‘90s but the game was never completed or released. Songbird Productions acquired the rights over 25 years ago and is now working to finish and enhance the game with new graphics, audio, variable damage for different moves, and potentially other upgrades like more characters and environments.

Songbird is considering launching a crowdfunding campaign to help fund additional development and bring more features to the game.

Bang & Olufsen boosted the bass on its swanky portable speaker.

The third-generation of the Beosound A1, B&O’s compact Bluetooth speaker, is now available with a honey tone, eucalyptus green, or natural aluminum housing for $349. The upgraded model features up to 24 hours of battery life, an IP67 rating so you can submerge it to depths of up to one meter, and an improved woofer delivering an extra 2dB of bass over its predecessor. B&O has also added support for the aptX Adaptive Bluetooth codec.

The battery inside the Beosound A1 3rd Gen is replaceable so it doesn’t become e-waste when it stops holding a charge, but you’ll need to sent it in to B&O to have it replaced.
In addition to being waterproof, the Beosound A1 3rd Gen is sealed against dust and debris, so a day at the beach won’t destroy it.
The three color options for the Beosound A1 3rd Gen include eucalyptus green, honey tone, and natural aluminum.

Anbernic’s Game Boy Advance SP is getting a pair of joysticks.

After refreshing its clamshell RG35XXSP handheld with three transparent color options last September, Anbernic has announced a new version that adds a pair of analog joysticks that will potentially make it easier to play emulated PS1 and N64 games.

Confusingly, the new clamshell handheld is called the RG34XXSP, following the naming convention of the Anbernic RG34XX which was based on Nintendo’s original Game Boy Advance that did not have a folding screen.

DJI is teasing a spinning triple camera setup on its next drone.

The company hasn’t revealed what model it’s announcing on May 13th, 2025, but a teaser video shared to its X account shows a drone with a triple camera array similar to what the DJI Mavic 3 Pro uses. Next week could see the debut of the DJI Mavic 4 Pro, as DroneDJ speculates, with an upgraded stabilized camera system that can roll to facilitate video capture in portrait mode like the DJI Mini 4 Pro.

Lego’s new Space Shuttle set piggybacks aboard a Boeing 747.

It’s slightly smaller than the 2,354-piece Discovery set that debuted in 2021, but Lego’s new Space Shuttle Enterprise is part of a larger 2,417-piece set that includes a buildable replica of the Boeing 747 that NASA used for testing and moving its shuttles around the country.

The $229.99 Lego Icons Shuttle Carrier Aircraft will be available for purchase starting on May 15th for Lego Insiders, and May 18th for everyone else.

The Space Shuttle Enterprise debuted in 1976 and was used by NASA to perform atmospheric test flights after being launched from atop a specially modified Boeing 747. It lacked engines and a heat shield, so like Lego’s replica, it’s not capable of spaceflight.
The set is 25 inches while the buildable Boeing 747 has a 21-inch wingspan.
Turning a dial on the underside of the 747 raises and lowers the model’s 18-wheel front and rear landing gear.
The Space Shuttle Enterprise can be detached from the 747 and also features retractable landing gear.
An included buildable display base includes details about Enterprise and the Shuttle Carrier Aircraft N905NA.
