The next game from Obsidian is out this year. And during today’s showcase, the studio gave a deep dive into Avowed’s colorful fantasy realm, real-time combat, and choice-based narrative. We didn’t get an actual release date, though, instead learning that it’ll be out sometime in the fall. I, for one, can’t wait to dual-wield some wands.

The first teaser for Netflix’s Spaceman — a dramatic sci-fi film from director Johan Renck, starring Adam Sandler — didn’t give a lot away. But the latest trailer gives a much stronger feel for the movie, including a first glimpse at Paul Dano’s little alien character, described as “a mysterious creature from the beginning of time.” It looks intriguing to say the least — and starts streaming on March 1st.
Apple’s partnership with MLS — and, in turn, Lionel Messi — continues with the announcement of a new docuseries about the league, helmed by some of the minds behind Netflix’s hit Formula 1: Drive to Survive. The show will be coming to Apple TV Plus, where there’s already a series on Messi himself, though no word yet on when it’ll start streaming. If nothing else, it’s a smart way to help boost those MLS Season Pass subscriptions.
