Capcom just announced that Rashid — who originally debuted in SF5 — will be joining the roster of fighters in its newest game on July 24th. You’ll need to purchase him, of course, but he’ll be both a playable character and a fresh addition to SF6’s excellent story mode.
Our friends over at Noclip have amassed quite the collection of boxes, which are filled with tapes featuring a whole bunch of un-digitized bits of video game history. Now they’re sifting through all of them and finding the most important, historically relevant videos to upload to a new YouTube channel as well as archive.org.
The game was a Switch exclusive when it launched back in 2020, but it’ll be on more hardware soon: it’s coming to both PC and PlayStation. No word on a specific release date, but developer Q-Games says it’ll be available “later this year.”
Masahiro Sakurai is best-known for his work on the Smash Bros. and Kirby series, but during the early days of the Nintendo 3DS he worked on something very different: a revival of Kid Icarus. However, in his latest YouTube video, the designer explains how the game actually started out as an attempt to do something new in the shooter space.
Atlus has released another trailer for the Persona 3 remake, which most notably gives us a taste of the English voice cast. It does not, however, include a next-gen evoker in action. The remake is set to launch in early 2024 — and you can read more on why Persona 3 is so important right here.
