In around 20 minutes, at 12PM ET, Nintendo is holding its latest Indie World livestream to show off, well, lots of indie games. We don’t know exactly what’s in store (fingers crossed for Silksong), but you can watch along to find out.

The latest acquisition for Fortnite maker Epic is Brazilian studio Aquiris, which has been renamed Epic Games Brasil. It’s an interesting addition not just because it will be Epic’s first studio in Latin America, but also because the team previously made the Minecraft-like mobile game Wonderbox — which is notable given the increasing importance of user-created games.
Moving forward the developers will be working on building “groundbreaking content and social experiences within Fortnite.”

Nintendo’s turn-based war series is back, and it feels as fresh as ever.
Nintendo has added a quartet of Sega Genesis games for Switch Online subscribers, led by Street Fighter II: Special Champion Edition. But there’s also some delightful side-scrolling action with the classics Flicky, Kid Chameleon, and Pulseman — which is set in the distant future of 2015.


While the Super Mario Bros. Movie is out there breaking records, there are a few other reasons to go to the theater: the gorgeous Suzume from Makoto Shinkai (the director behind Your Name and Weathering With You), and another ridiculous turn for Nic Cage in Renfield.
When it comes to games, Overwatch 2 just kicked off a new season, Coachella and Attack on Titan have come to Fortnite, and the New York Times is testing a new math game.
