This week’s new releases includes the return of Persona 3 and Persona 4, both of which are now available on modern consoles. Elsewhere, Fire Emblem Engage brings tactical combat (and a disappointing story) to the Switch, and Netflix has the latest film from the director of Train to Busan along with an anime anthology of Junji Ito horror stories.
Also! We’re in the midst of covering the Sundance Film Festival, so stay tuned to the hub below for all of the latest.
If you have a few dozen hours to spare, there’s good news, as the classic RPGs Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden are out now on modern consoles. It’s the perfect chance to reacquaint yourself with a talking bear mascot or learn what an Evoker is. And remember: every day’s great at your Junes.

The Sundance Film Festival isn’t just a great place to catch the latest indie films, it’s also where companies — include the big streaming services — go shopping for new content. This year’s edition just started, and we already have one acquisition: Amazon bought the rights to Filipino horror fairy tale In My Mother’s Skin, which is due to hit Prime Video by the end of 2023.
