Now they’ll be following up last year’s The New Empire with another buddy kaiju movie called Supernova. Details are slim, but the movie is currently in production, and expected to hit theaters on March 26th, 2027.
Blizzard just announced the latest collaboration for its hero shooter, and this time it’ll bring characters from Street Fighter 6 into the game. There aren’t a lot of details yet, but things kick off on May 20th.
As part of its most recent earnings release, Nintendo revealed that it somehow sold 6.23 million more copies of Mario Kart 8: Deluxe on the Switch, bringing its cumulative sales to 68.20 million units. Despite launching in 2017, it was the company’s second-best selling game for the fiscal year. No wonder the Switch 2’s big launch title is Mario Kart World.
Well, soon we will, at least. Warner Bros. has confirmed that A Minecraft Movie will be available digitally on May 13th, though there’s no word on when it might hit streaming platforms.
One of 2024’s best — and most cryptic — games, is getting a big ol’ design book courtesy Lost in Cult. It’s not releasing until next summer, but the publisher promises that the tome will be “a deep dive into the intricate world of Animal Well.” Pre-orders open later today.
