But that’s exactly what streamer EveryGameGuru is doing according Nintendo’s lawsuit against him. The suit alleges that EveryGameGuru streamed pirated Switch games, sometimes before their official release. And when Nintendo issued takedown notices for his channels, he’d create more, going as far as sending an email to the company saying he has thousands of burner channels and that he, “could do this all day.”

Eminem is now live in Fortnite for week two of its Chapter 2 Remix event. Players can purchase his avatar and visit a special in-game location called Spaghetti Grotto which ostensibly features his mother’s signature dish. But the most inspired Eminem-flavored addition to the game is a mythic minigun that spits out bullets synced up to the rapid-fire lyrics from “Rap God.”
Twitch has added a new content classification label for “politics and sensitive social issues.” The addition comes days before the US presidential election day but long after a number of streamers have gotten in trouble for their commentary on the war in Israel and Lebanon. The new label is required for streams that discuss topics such as, “elections, civic integrity, and war or military conflict.”

Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered is out today on PC and PS5, but like previous games in the series, its release has been overshadowed the launch of another, more anticipated game. Horizon’s original release in 2017 got obliterated by Breath of the Wild. Then, Horizon Forbidden West launched the same week as Elden Ring. This time, Dragon Age: The Veilguard, also launching today, is the specter looming on Horizon’s shoulder.
