The new Kindle Scribe’s generative AI features are coming to older models, too.
The tools, which include things like summarizing your notes and turning your handwriting into a script font, will be available on the updated Kindle Scribe at launch (it ships on December 4th) and will hit the 2022 model “via a software update later this year,” Amazon says.

Balatro is getting more cards featuring other games.
As part of the “Friends of Jimbo 2” update, you can now play with cards themed after Cyberpunk 2077, Slay the Spire, The Binding of Isaac, and Stardew Valley.
The previous “Friends of Jimbo” update added themed cards from The Witcher, Among Us, Vampire Survivors, and Dave the Diver. The game is inching toward a Dead Cells level of crossovers.

With iOS 18.2, EU users can delete the App Store.
Apple had already said this feature was coming, but it’s now possible with the iOS 18.2 developer beta, 9to5Mac reports. In addition to the App Store, EU users can delete Camera, Safari, Messages, and Photos, too.

Microsoft published a new report about efforts from Russia, Iran, and China to influence the election.
Since the last report, according to Microsoft:
Russian actors continue to integrate generative AI into their content, Iranian groups ramp up their preparations to enable cyber-influence operations, while Chinese actors shift focus to several down-ballot candidates and members of Congress. Russian actors have notably attempted to target the Harris-Walz campaign by attacking the candidates’ characters.
