Hackers are distributing self-spreading malware through the game, according to an article from TechCrunch. On Wednesday, Activision said it turned off multiplayer for the game on Steam “while we investigate reports of an issue.”
Kotaku alerted me to this incredible change. It looks like pandemonium! Valve says matches with many players are technically “unsupported and not recommended,” but hey, you can try it if you want!
