Dittmann has found media attention before due to sounding almost identical to the Tesla CEO, but after appearing on Alex Jones’s Infowars podcast, people now suspect that he may actually be Musk masquerading under a false name.
It’s an uncanny vocal likeness, and it’s not like Musk doesn’t have a history of allegedly using burner accounts.
The Biden administration announced that GlobalFoundries — the only US-based company out of the five largest global chipmakers — has been awarded funding via the $52 billion CHIPS and Science Act.
GlobalFoundries will use the grant to upgrade its current facilities and help build a new fabrication plant at its headquarters in Malta, New York that will produce advanced chips that are typically made overseas.
And for good reason — this, and several other nonsensical AI-generated images were openly credited to Midjourney in a peer-reviewed science paper published by the Frontiers Journal this week. The gibberish annotations and grotesquely inaccurate images it included are one example of the risks that generative AI poses to the accuracy of academic research.
Frontiers has responded and removed the offending paper:
Our investigation revealed that one of the reviewers raised valid concerns about the figures and requested author revisions. The authors failed to respond to these requests. We are investigating how our processes failed to act on the lack of author compliance with the reviewers’ requirements.

After earning $90 million off the back of Larian’s Baldur’s Gate 3, Hasbro revealed plans for several more video games based on the Dungeons and Dragons IP to be released over the coming five to ten years.
According to Hasbro CEO Chris Cocks:
“Videogames will clearly be a huge leg up on the D&D business... Starting in 2026, we’ll probably have one major new digital game that we’ll publish. And then from 2027 to 2030, it’ll be anywhere between one to two, depending on how the schedules kind of shake out”
The company canned several D&D video game projects last year. Looking ahead, the company’s licensing business is expected to “take a little bit of step back this year, but then it will grow sequentially every year.”
Gemini product lead Jack Krawczyk says mobile access to the English version of the AI service formally called Bard has started to roll out to other countries, via a dedicated app for Android users, or a toggle within the Google app on iOS.
The rollout will take a few days so keep checking if it’s unavailable. Japanese and Korean support is next, with more languages and countries to follow.
