Google offers app developers alternative payment options for the UK.
After an investigation by the UK’s competition watchdog (the CMA), Google has proposed changes to UK app payments.
Similar to tweaks made in other markets, developers will be able to choose not to use Google Play’s billing system in exchange for 3 percent reduced service fees. The CMA will decide whether to approve the changes based on public feedback.
