    Pee bottle seemingly not included.

We just got Amazon’s holiday gift guide in the mail. On page four, under “Toys we love,” my wife immediately spotted the new Amazon Prime Delivery Van Ride-On.

It’s real. But strangely, it doesn’t seem to include a Teamsters union card, a biometric consent form for mandatory AI surveillance, or a pee bottle?

If I’m going to indoctrinate my kids with ride-ons, I’ll do it properly!

Amazon illegally refused to bargain with unionized delivery drivers, says NLRB.

In August, the NLRB decided Amazon can’t just point the finger at its contractors when there’s a labor dispute over, say, pee bottles or AI surveillance — Amazon counts as an employer of its delivery drivers too.

Now, Ars Technica and Reuters report that the NLRB has issued an official complaint; an administrative judge will weigh in next March.

CRKD’s Nitro Deck for Nintendo Switch is a $40 Amazon lightning deal.

Solve stick drift by making your Switch thick? At just $40 (or $60 with translucent shells and carry case), I’m a fan — and I love the programmable macros. Just know this isn’t the Nitro Deck Plus, which adds TV docking and symmetrical sticks.

The GPD Duo gadget nerd dream laptop is now in a reviewer’s hands.

GPD tells me Cary “The Phawx” Golomb is the only person with the absolutely feature packed dual-screen OLED laptop right now, and while he’s mostly evangelizing it to start, he’s been known to deliver excellent reviews.

GPD finally revealed full specs and pricing the other week: around $1,400 for AMD 8840U, around $1,800 for newer AMD HX 370.

Samsung won’t confirm or deny whether it worked with Google on Auto Blocker — or whether it actually scans for threats.

Google, too, wouldn’t confirm or deny whether it worked with Samsung on the feature, which is now the target of a new Epic Games lawsuit against both companies.

Instead, Google tells The Verge that it’s “a meritless lawsuit”; Samsung tells us it plans to “vigorously contest Epic Game’s baseless claims.”

Tim Sweeney says his Epic lawsuits are all about freeing the youth:

We want our kids to grow up in a world that’s better than this one. I grew up in an awesome world for developers and opportunity, the early days of Apple II computers and PCs, and anybody growing up, coming of age in this industry right now, is best case going to be an Apple and Google serf. That has to change. That must change.

Not surprising to hear the man behind “Nineteen Eighty-Fortnite” say this, but it really does encapsulate his war with the tech industry. More on the latest lawsuit here.

The Epic Games Store has crossed 10 million installs on mobile in its first 1.5 months.

Not as fast as Epic might have hoped — it’s targeting 100 million by the end of the year — but CEO Tim Sweeney tells journalists that goal is still “totally achievable.”

Meanwhile, it’s suing Samsung and Google over the “Auto Blocker” feature that, by default, stops users from installing that store on new Samsung phones.
