    Democratic members of Congress are urging governors to block ICE from accessing their states’ DMV data.

    A group of 40 lawmakers sent out letters today warning 19 Democratic governors that they might be unknowingly sharing DMV data with ICE and Homeland Security through a platform called Nlets, as reported by Reuters.

    A handful of states have already blocked ICE from accessing their residents’ DMV data, including Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Washington.

    Rad Power Bikes is on the brink of shutting down.

    A letter sent to employees warned that the company could be forced to close up shop in January if it can’t find more funding soon. A “very promising” deal to keep Rad alive was in the works, but unfortunately “did not come to fruition.”

    “Rad continues to face significant financial challenges, including in the form of tariffs and the macroeconomic landscape.”

    Todd Howard wants to jumpscare you with a surprise Elder Scrolls VI release.

    But don’t get your hopes up — Howard reminded us all in an interview with GQ that the game “is still a long way off,” (not until at least 2026, apparently). Though he doesn’t want you to see it coming:

    “I like to just announce stuff and release it. My perfect version – and I’m not saying this is going to happen – is that it’s going to be a while and then, one day, the game will just appear.”
