Customers should get an email explaining how to apply the one-time credit to their next bill. But, $20 probably won’t satisfy disgruntled customers who just want to watch SportsCenter.

The government has to clear significant swaths of airspace for SpaceX and others, and this is part of a broader order to ease stress on the air traffic control system.
