Anbernic’s Game Boy Advance SP is getting a pair of joysticks.
After refreshing its clamshell RG35XXSP handheld with three transparent color options last September, Anbernic has announced a new version that adds a pair of analog joysticks that will potentially make it easier to play emulated PS1 and N64 games.
Confusingly, the new clamshell handheld is called the RG34XXSP, following the naming convention of the Anbernic RG34XX which was based on Nintendo’s original Game Boy Advance that did not have a folding screen.
