The Witcher showrunner insists she has ‘never mocked the books.’
Lauren S. Hissrich, showrunner of Netflix’s The Witcher, has taken to Instagram to shut down rumors that claimed writers on the series “actively dislike” its source material (via EuroGamer).
“I have a great relationship with Mr. Sapkowski and writer’s rooms are sacred and safe and — more than anything — supportive spaces. Don’t believe everything you read.”
