Microsoft disables Xbox clip sharing to Twitter from consoles and PCs.

Twitter’s API changes have forced Microsoft to disable support for sharing game clips from its Xbox consoles or Windows PCs to Twitter. Sharing has been disabled on Xbox and in the Windows Game Bar. You’ll now need to use the dedicated Xbox mobile apps for iOS or Android to download and share clips to Twitter.
