Smart lighting provider Philips Hue is reportedly testing an “AI Playground” that allows users to generate custom light effects with text descriptions, such as “create a scene for a Halloween party.”

Govee and Nanoleaf already offer a similar feature. We don’t know when Hue’s offering will be available, but it’ll likely be restricted to recommending existing scenes at first, with the capability to create new ones coming later.
