Indie hit Titanium Court is coming to consoles and mobile.

The hard-to-explain game, which was recipient of the Seumas McNally Grand Prize at this year’s Independent Games Festival Awards, is launching October 29th on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PS5, Android, and iPhone. It initially released in April on Steam. It’s weird, but definitely worth checking out.

Muse got dethroned by a chicken sandwich.

Meta’s Muse app has topped the iOS App Store chart in the US since it launched in early September, but now it’s lost that position to an unexpected tender contender: Dave’s Hot Chicken. It presumably has little to do with AI capabilities, and more the extremely popular free slider promotional offer than ran yesterday, but lets see how long Dave’s can keep the top spot.

Is Valve making a micro-OLED Steam Frame?

Steam Frame Hub reports that the Steam Frame kernel source code includes branches referencing a “Plano” device and says the headset will have a resolution of 3552 × 3840 per eye (higher than the Frame) and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip (same as the Frame). Valve watcher Brad Lynch speculates that it could be Valve “just trying to prototype headsets with this optical stack based on what’s already lying around.”

For what it’s worth, Valve released the Steam Deck OLED more than a year and half after the original Deck.

This discreet wallet tracker is designed to look like your credit cards.

A wallet tracker isn’t much good if a pickpocket immediately spots and discards it. So Statik’s $29.99 SmartCard Incognito is camouflaged to look like a credit card with a fake chip and magnetic strip. It’s compatible with Apple and Google’s tracking networks and its wirelessly-charged battery is good for up to 11 months.

If you buy something from a link, The Verge may earn a commission. See our ethics statement.

An AI image of a bear accidentally set off a real-life bear hunt in Russia.

The image was generated with ChatGPT as a prank, but spread online and sparked phone calls to the police until eventually wildlife rangers were sent out after the non-existent bear, Reuters reports. The woman who confessed to creating the image was fined 15,000 ‌roubles ($178).
