Qualcomm announced its newest flagship mobile SoC just last week and as usual, Xiaomi will be the first one to put that chipset in a phone. Both the 15 and 15 Pro use the 8 Elite, and the 15 Pro pairs it with an absolutely massive 6100mAh battery. They’re only launching in China for now, but fingers crossed for a global launch in 2025.
“T-Mobile guarantees it will never raise the price of your rate plan,” we wrote in 2015, because that’s what its CEO said: “I’m guaranteeing those rates for as long as you’re a customer.”
But Ars Technica dug up thousands of FCC complaints that suggest people got fooled. In June, T-Mobile was asked to stop advertising its so-called “price lock.”
The redesigned Mail app will automatically sort your emails into four different tabs: your primary inbox with all your important emails, a transactions section for online orders, a promotions category for marketing emails, and an updates tab for newsletters.
The iOS 18.2 beta also adds more AI features like Genmoji and an integration with ChatGPT.
