If Dead Space, Advance Wars, Resident Evil 4, and Metroid Prime weren’t enough when it comes to video game remakes in 2023, fear not, because here comes Alone in the Dark. You can get a glimpse at the upcoming reimagining of the horror classic with a new “showcase” event streaming on May 25th, at 8PM ET.

The Playdate’s curated game shop, Catalog, is getting another update with four new titles. They include: Necrocrisis, a House of the Dead-style arcade shooter; a portrait-themed puzzler called Generations; the fantasy adventure Castle Helios; and an old-school puzzle game called Loopsy. You’ll be able to check them out right here when the shop updates later today.
The second season of Prehistoric Planet starts streaming on Apple TV Plus today, with new episodes dropping daily. Like the excellent original, the new season has strong Planet Earth vibes, but this time with some added science — and plenty more ancient creatures.

Lastly: watch these Disney and Hulu shows (like the charming Willow) while you still can.
